This individual recently witnessed two 12-year-old kids kissing on the playground — a girl kissing a boy, specifically.

Instead of simply separating the two, the assistant principal — not named in media reports — decided to call to the Florida Department of Children and Families, which recommended the police be notified of a possible attempted battery.
